Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte

Ingredients
- 2-3 strawberries
- 1 tbsp granulated white sugar
- 1 tsp matcha
- ½ cup warm water
- A few ice cubes
- 1 tbsp strawberry syrup
- 1 cup Scotsburn 3.25% Milk
Directions
- Cut the strawberries into small cubes.
- In a glass, place the strawberry cubes and granulated sugar. Using a muddler, crush the strawberries to the consistency of your choice.
- In a bowl, add the matcha and warm water. Whisk until the powder is completely dissolved.
- Add the ice cubes to the glass containing the strawberry puree and pour in the matcha mixture.
- In a milk frother, add the Scotsburn 3.25% milk and strawberry syrup (add to taste), then froth.
- Pour the strawberry frothed milk into the glass. Enjoy with a straw!
