Ingredients
- ½ avocado
- 1 full scoop protein powder
- 3 ml (½ tsp) fresh ginger, grated
- 4 basil leaves
- 250 ml (1 cup) Scotsburn 2% Milk
- A few ice cubes or crushed ice
Directions
- In a blender or food processor, puree the avocado, protein powder, ginger, basil leaves and milk.
- Blend until smooth. Add a few ice cubes or crushed ice. Pulse until desired consistency is obtained.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
