Ingredients
- 500 mL (2 cups) Scotsburn 1% milk
- 125 mL (½cup) fresh or frozen pineapple
- 125 ml (½ cup) fresh or frozen mango
- 125 ml (½ cup) fresh or frozen peaches
- 125 mL (½ cup) Scotsburn 1% cottage cheese
- 3 dried apricots (optional)
- 30 mL (2 tablespoons) ginger (optional)
Directions
- Mix ingredients in a blender until texture is smooth and ingredients are combined.
