Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup Scotsburn butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup Scotsburn milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp lemon flavouring
- Pinch of salt
Directions
Directions:
- Cream butter thoroughly.
- Add sugar gradually then cream together well.
- Add well beaten eggs to the mix then set aside.
- Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture alternating with milk.
- Add the flavouring.
- Add berries and mix slightly.
- Pour into a square glass pan
- Bake at 350˚F for 40 minutes.
